  Overpriced quote which was later reduced on completion of service. Took time waiting for common simple parts/new from Toyota not a wrecking yard or obscure manufacturer overseas. So instead of what should have been 10 hrs work took almost 5 full days of inconvenience cost of hire car and for them as my wife made the comment justified the exorbitant bill, that was only reduced because of over ordering engine / gearbox mounts an sd connections. A brake light globe was priced at $12 pre gst on total amount. Their attitude was that of indifference and superiority ,that and the fact they are never held accountable for their shifty shoddy shady practices , and if ever they are required to by fair trading they have the tried an true responses
